not loose lips, just speculation.
word of a deal brewing has been circulating on HC for over 5 weeks now, seems safe to assume that negotiations began sometime before that. a quick look at chart and seems a fair conclusion to make.
why so hot ??
many reasons, i always get a warm fuzzy feeling when i can smell a deal cooking. It is just this sort of activity in small companies that can provide a springboard to bigger and better things.
