I agree with you, and yet I have been proven wrong for the past couple of years!
The interest rates slowly rise, the market goes higher...
M&A is happening here and there, but.. for me its all about the $$ CPU has sitting in the U.S and the increasing yield it brings.
Time will tell of course.
