    The big question is when time comes, will shareholders see a join venture or merger relating to its lottery business or ecommerce businesses? If BPAY is mentioning them it should tell shareholders a thing or two.

    Isn't PBAY owned by the cardlink technology group?

    Imagine taking BPAY to China using Smarttrans billing platforms.
