Of course, shareholders have been forced to read into things given that akp failed to meet their own timeline and didn't disclose until months after that the mems they had received was faulty. They should have disclosed that immediately. They didn't. Those who read between the lines got to sell shares at over $30. Those who had full faith ended up watching the shares go back to around $10. This is people's savings.
