Yeah I purchased at the high as it turns out, lol. Don't care though this a huge long term investment. If your worried about dips in short term not sure why you would invest here. I am accumulating these and look to hold for 10+ years. Population is increasing, need for more child care facility's ( early learning). Also demand in healthcare sector. They are building new facilities in high population growth areas so I believe long term they will be the powerhouse of 2 very important sectors. DYOR. All in my honest opinion
