From the announcement:
If payment is made after 31 July 2017, then: ▪ the equity component of the Earn-Out reduces to 5%; and ▪ all payments to the vendors under the DIAsource Share Purchase Agreement (including the Earn-Out Payment and the full balance of the purchase price) are to be made by 2 October 2017.
It seems they are looking for another finance option with the repayment terms deferred to 2 October 2017. Hope it's not a case of deja vu.
