Doesn't look great at all. I'm not going to look up the details but wasn't there a floor to the share price for the equity portion of the payment. I'm going to assume it was 10 cents (I have a feeling it was higher than this), that meant if we paid on time 15% of the payment could be made by "selling" shares at 10 cents, and the rest by "selling" shares at market price (assume 2 cents). No wonder DIAsource vendors are agreeing to this, they get an extra 10% in cash and can use only 1/5th of that extra cash payment (buying on market) and still end up with just as many shares.

As I said I have a feeling the floor price was higher than 10 cents which just makes all these numbers worse.

I'm honestly not sure what to put as my sentiment.
