Never doubted you - infact to be honest your posts were a major part in sticking with ARV even when I was almost 50% down. I almost sold it only yesterday but held on as some past lessons have been learnt.
The fact that I trusted a complete stranger on the intraweb says a lot about me (lol) but so far havent regretted it much.
Hopefully this story is just starting.
I think the current buying is also some overseas buyers too. Wont be surprised if some Canadians are dipping their beak in today
