A drug culture as payment ???????????? Most baby boomers abhor illicit drugs and the culture that surrounds it.
As far as a flat 20% take goes,I'di would LLLLLLLLUUUUUUVVV it as I have paid well in excess of this for most of my working life.......and Im over 60 ! Plus payroll tax for staff etc etc... The beat goes on.
