Oh dear, AKP is operating under the smug delusion their communication in terms of content is perfectly fine. They are wrong. And unfortunately, if they are oblivious to their shortcomings in terms of quality comms, i.e. clearly stating the facts without ambiguity, appropriate timing and frequency - then unfortunately there is no hope for any improvement.

So, either I have to accept the current woeful status quo and gamble it will all be 'all right on the night', or get out and wipe my hands of them. Another tricky and difficult decision to make! Anyway, this is the last time I will comment on their comms - there is obviously no point!
