I do not wish for ppl to lose money I hope ex-holders get some money back - but not much - the accountability needs to be shared. you lose money in an investment - its always easy to blame the management team and ask for money back at the expense of the "later" shareholders.

I think its an open class action - everyone should now sign up - its a free slice of the pie. even if its a small bite - its still money.
