The managing director was booked into to speak to institutions about the raise for that morning, most professional investors had the deal across their desk by nine yesterday.And before you bleat about inside knowledge, the stock was in a trading halt so no one could benefit or profit from it.
When we take stock in a placement there is no backing out, we do not have the same protection as retail investors, just look at the Bellamy situation, there is every chance that retail will be able to get a refund, not so for the placement stock.
So the time has come for you to be man enough to admit you were wrong about my motives,i had nothing to gain apart from informing people.
Oh and by the way i got a nice amount of stock in the placement
