You always have to take announcements on environmental issues with a pinch of salt yes a big push to EV's but where does the power come from - you guessed it in Asia predominately coal burn where there is a history of maybe fitting advanced emission control systems on power stations but then turning them off - clean power/less emissions overall lets wait and see a most days in mainland it does not feel like that.
