Time for a dividend?

With the latest results about to be released, the board has an opportunity to differentiate GXY from the also-rans in the lithium space, who won't be reporting a profit for at least a few years. I know lots of people want the board to devote every dollar to devt of JBY and SDV, but there is an argument that can be made for the payment of a dividend of 2c or so, which would amount to less than $8m - about the return from one shipment.
S32 was in the doldrums for about a year after separating from BHP. Analysts had trouble understanding the potential of the company until it announced a token dividend, after which the share price trebled over the subsequent months.
Just an idea.
