A couple of comments... First of all your correct I was wanting to find out exactly what happened. I certainly would have been in the front row at the trial. However we will not find out what happened with SGH because of the settlement terms.
Next I have no problem with anyone eligible who joined before settlement but was not aware that aggrieved shareholders could pile in after the settlement terms had already been agreed on. I know other firms running a concurrent CA stopped registration. I'm not going to be diluted to a cup of coffee without knowing my options. In that regard I am discussing my options with experts.
