Largest cobalt resource with lowest valuation, page-1352

Fundamentally and technically ARL is very strong, is tightly held and has a very small share registry.
There is a pipeline of positive announcement to come through over the next 6 months.
We are also substantially undervalued at the moment contributing to this moderately bullish sentiment.
We are also too small and too tight to be substantially manipulated by the large institutions IMO.
The primary institution that has a substantial holding is patient, sensible and conducting business professionally IMHO.
For these reasons it is highly unlikely for there to be a 14% retracement at this time.
