Amazingly low key announcement from HAV considering the importance of the deal. Perhaps they will provide further details at a later stage...
Glencore Intl. is a huge company, and they own 35% of Xstrata.
It seems (from the scant detail provided) that HAV will still retain 86% equity in the Kalkaroo project, will have the feasibility study funded by Glencore (at a cost of $14M, in return for a 14% stake), and will be fully funded via Glencore right through to production. What a deal !!
