I had an earlier issue where they double dipped my transaction after the transfer of notifications between the Office and the Registry. It was fixed after a phone call to the Registry.

If for example you did a BSB transaction your notification would have had which options they were (only identified by price not ASX code) and a unique identifier.

Are you sure you activated the right form?

Hope this helps, but in the end you need to ring the registry.

Thanks, I'm not sure what's gone wrong. I did a BPay payment using the exact details off the form ESI sent me. If I'd used the wrong form/reference number they should have only taken about 1/3 of my Bs as that's all the money would have covered, yet they've taken all of them & there were a lot more Bs than As. I've emailed ESI, but being Friday I'll be stuck wondering all weekend. I didn't even think to contact the registry.
