Ye it's a bit of a joke really. They botch up the acq and as a reward they get to spend all year managing a suspended shell and their biggest responsibility is ensuring the batteries don't die in the PlayStation remote. There is zero incentive for the lazy pricks to do anything until there aren't enough crumbs in the kitty to refill the cookie jar.
