Debt has already been cut in half, funded with SH equity, no doubt they will pay off a chunk of JARE, but I'm more interested in how they plan to leverage the unique position they have now established to grow equity in proportion to debt, particularly given servicing costs look more secure each Q, and they are now catching up prior commitments.
