Escrow shares are issued to people very close to company. They have a pretty good idea where the company is heading and what announcement is going to come. It doesnt make any sense to me that they dump the shares at a time we all are expecting big news. I had a stop loss hit at 32C because I was expecting a carnage. Planning to get in again if it shows signs of bounce back. Small cap shares has the potential to multiply your money if you get in so early. I was lucky to get in at 7.5 cents and exited at 45 Cents. RAP still got big potential, but it is no more a multi bagger for retail investor.
