Ye this bubble has been building for 25 years and when not if it pops australia is in big trouble. Im guessing a minimum of 30% loss on melb and syd housing markets and who know what the asx and aus banks will do.
Just hope aqq and pos can make it work so when pog goes through the roof we can reap the rewards.
