"The listing conditions for entities seeking admission to the official list of ASX now include a requirement for the entity to supply ASX with evidence that each director or proposed director (referred to in this article simply as directors) as at the date of listing is of 'good fame and character' (condition 17 of Listing Rule 1.1)."
