Hawke, Keating, Howard gave us 20 years or so of good, stable government. The first two the big thinkers and innovators and the third more a safe pair of hands.
Rudd, Gillard, Rudd, Abbott have given us 10 years of pain, stalled development and argumentative, ineffective, poor government crippled with internal dissent and factionalism ... Abbott is still at it from the back bench of his own party. All of them thinking more of themselves than Australia.
