In case you didn't realise there is alot of oil down there, it is just a matter of getting it out of the ground. Of course it isn't certain, but the share price has fallen back because they didn't get flow first go. They haven't even finished testing yet so to consider it a foregone conclusion that it will fail is not the correct thinking.
After the shut in we might have a clearer picture. Fortunately they raised $17 million to cover delays like this. If they hadn't raised it before we maybe in alot of trouble now.
