    i hear the argument humms, however...

    isnt arbitrage buying a 20cent stock for 15cents and then selling it for 20? all i see is people buying 20cent shares for 12 and selling them for 13. or buying 10 cent shares for 20 and selling them for 21.
    i think its probably safer to invest in drugs
