I interpret it to mean 'pay the offer' ie just pay up to buy and don't muck around.

We will see.

The past couple of days the trading has definately been different so it 'feels' like something is up but who knows.

For what it's worth the options are finally cheap IMO (they are trading below their 30 day implied volatility) and I nearly popped a bid in at 18c but suddenly realised - I have a lot already.

Time to start accumulating the cash that may be required in T-90 and counting.

Confession - I have been punting the heads around - I see how lucrative it really is - no wonder finnies play it.

Still feels like any day it will go $1.50-$2.00 and march on without looking back.
