And 'they' could very easily:
1. Prosecute him/her.
2. Cancel his/her subscription.
I'm not sure if what he/she has posted is part of the paid subscription, but they're pretty particular about subscribers not cutting and pasting their copyrighted material. Especially if there's any buy/sell recommendations. Why pay for something and then give it away for free?
