Doh...why would Volt 'waste' $$$ turning their lease into a 'pin-cushion' when they already have customers lining up for their product based on current data room info?.....it should be be noted that the Chinese didnt 'zero risk' with the neighbours due to previous 'messy negotiations' and deals that were 'too good to be true'....those sorts of deals were the catalyst for Law changes imo.... and now still in TH to re-sort-it-out. The smart, ethical and innovative management at Volt has prevailed here and thats why they will be graphite production leaders very soon...your 'security blanket' needs a dry-clean again Hula...
