- CIML concludes agreement to settle port dispute
- Unit entered into a settlement agreement providing for conditional settlement, without admission, of its dispute with port of sept-îles
- Agreement provides for immediate payment of a certain sum of money to port of Sept-Îles as well as making by CIML or by Québec Iron Ore Inc.
