July 18 (Reuters) - Spotless Group Holdings Ltd (SPO)
- Garry Hounsell will continue as Spotless chairman
- Spotless announces board transition
- Spotless and Downer have entered into a protocol in respect of nomination of directors by downer to spotless board
- These changes to board will be effective from 19 july 2017.
- Simon mckeon and Spotless Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Martin Sheppard, will remain in their roles as directors
- Downer has nominated four directors to join spotless board
- The directors are non-executive directors, Philip Garling & Grant Thorne, CFO Michael Ferguson, & former Downer non-executive director, John Humphrey
