Tanz legislation changes - sure it's going to affect all the miners in the country....although some have such wide margins that there is plenty of room to move.
Broker downgrade? - if you followed brokers all your life you'd have jumped off a building by now. Brokers reports should always be taken with a grain of salt. Where were you when brokers were still spruiking TON before it's massive fall from grace....or the brokers that pushed clients into taking part in SYR's $6+ raising to only see it half in less than a year. These are just 2 of many, many instances of where brokers got it dead wrong in the graphite space.
Rosatom pulling out of Tanz - well they have shut down their uranium ventures yes. Let's go back to your first point. Uranium prices are stagnant and low...hence the margins are poor even before an increase in a govt. tax. Let's face it, they over paid when they took out Mantra all those years ago and haven't done much with the deposit since. It was in a world heritage listed game reserve and rumours are that the grades weren't as good as first thought. Sounds like a losing battle. With Magnis, the risk isn't on Rosatom as it's not their deposit. If they go ahead with an off take, it's up to Magnis to provide it.
Gigafactory years away - btw...you spelt factory wrong...but what would a bunch of successful venture capitalist know about making money eh? Which factory are you referring to? Magnis won't need to provide the graphite until the factories are ready. Surely this is something you could have figured out for yourself.
Frank 'possibly' running out of money - it's more 'possible' that you have very little to input on this topic as it's more than 'possible' that a) you don't know Frank b) you have no idea of his financial position or investment inclinations. And if you think that by Frank buying shares every now and then to put into his super is the only thing that increases the share price then perhaps investing isn't for you. By far and away the most amateur comment you've made.
Huge Capex - compared to what? Viv Richards thought he was the king of the dressing room until he saw Joel Garner. It will always take money to make money.
Other graphite companies getting close to funding and binding off takes - Really....who? and how would you know if they are getting close? Do you have confidential information that they have not shared. Beware it's a criminal offence to invest in a company where you have sensitive information before the rest of the market. Binding off takes...really? please re-read the previous sentence regards sensitive information. What you are saying here is purely your opinion and has no base in fact.
My guess is that you are yet another of the rent-a-crowd who is incentivised to post here and other places.
Keep to the facts...the truth is out there.

Great post!!
One of the few I have read that isn't full of emotional dialogue!
Fundamentally I see Magnis as unchanged in the graphite sector.
Legislation will change, as do most things and it will effect all the listed companies, they will all have to adjust.
Some of these posts make it sound as if Magnis are the only company that will be effected. Ridiculous on a grand scale!
Luckily IMO Magnis have fantastic management that have the knowledge and ability to steer this company toward their end goal!
Been sitting here for 18 months now and see no reason to park my $$ anywhere else.
