    shortman indicate, there have been some short selling. thus explain why price dropped 10% in the past few days.

    someone is deliberately pushing the price down, then accumulate.

    with dividend news due later this year, shorters is going to get BBQ. This stock could easily jump from 4 cents to 10 cents in a couple of trade. One piece good news and shorters will get burn, big time.
