I used to think it needed a 50% handle retrace but recently read it doesnt

dont mean to be a pedant but
not really familiar with a stand alone saucer pattern as such I must look it up, though I know what you mean in terms of a cup formation, then a failed double top and handle retrace and final strong cup and handle pattern breakout of 100% cup depth potential.

This is more simply a double top
not classical as
It has traded but not closed higher..nice one cheers
