while reading this article, i am thinking No wonder new QIN management and major Notes holders wanna FW out and clean the shite so QIN can sail again.....
it is quite Ironically to read statements FW made in this article.....
he better do some contributions to get $11m back to QIN account to save this company and his reputations.....

QIN holders are all waiting for the success of Recapitalisation, and blackrock is also a shareholders which holds millions of QIN shares...
