I understand your point, but don't you find it disturbing that the Russians are willing to use their own people as guinea pigs?! I think Bush might have been making a personal approach to Putin (he is on a visit to the States) on the topic of tightening up this back door for pharmaceuticals.
I still say the Russian Ministry of Health is no mug. They will require Solagran to do more testing.
