I know that thus far this has not been a great experience for many but it will run its course and become what we want it to be. This management have my faith that they know exactly what they are doing. Timelines on Hainan should not have been provided initially IMO as this is the guidance that is most out, but essentially out of their control as the ground team is not of their choosing.

We are all sick of hearing 'be patient' but at this time next year all of the conversations will be very different.

(And I'm not saying it will take a year....)

You will by now have noticed a drying up of selling, the meetings IMO have done what they were meant to do.
