Imo I think this is great.
1. The money that adpc make in leases from nxt goes back into nxt pockets
2. Potential complete acquisition of existing sites.
3. They made note they initially aren't looking for control but will assess the situation accordingly aka they will take the controlling share need be and eventually acquire adpc's assets
