Kinda thinkin' if sophs paid half decent price (still maintain bank loan unfeasable as too early in the play and read confirmation business loan enviroment presently sucks in Oz...but don't rely on me...ring any business manager at the banks...sure they'll give you the skinny)...then CR to sophs..(especially approaching sophs) was best, cheapest and fastest way to raise the dosh. If ExC correct or close enough then I reckon impact on SP is barely going to register...and momentum will kick in quicj.
I could go further and say there are circumstances that can skyrocket an SP post raise on the basis of the actual raise itself excluding any good news...but we'll have to wait on that one...doubt it...but you never know your luck.
Best I'm realistically looking for is a good deal was cut. That'll keep me happy...again as long as raise is for growth...but can't think it would be for anyyhing else. Also as other posters astutely point out our team has quite massive skin in the game...that by itself spells out that they're interests align with ours. They don't want dilution any more than we do. These boys are sharp...I feel super confident they learnt from the first CR...where I maintain their biggest mistake was loyalty to holders...hence resulting in delay and additional cost for no benefit...i.e. could have relied on oversubscription by sophs.
Be interested to read a research paper on best ways to raise capital during stages of a Co's growth. Sure the big boys would have this kind of data...did a Google no luck.
Anyway more I digest the overall and historical information the more comfortable I'm feeling...which given I hate CRs is...weeeeell...kinda weird.
Which means I guess post halt..."if" we see any red... fat chance anyone's getting any of my stash at a discount! I'm still a long way to amassing my dream LT exposure...just need mo' money!
