Hello Perdent,

I have a limited understanding as to what the court process so correct me if I am wrong.
The Tenements that have third party issues are as reported by KAI
P45/2987
P45/2889
P45/2990
P45/2991
P45/2996

The Tenements that are referred to in matter number 28,29 on the 14/07/2017 are
L45/412
L45/241
KAI isnt named just PLS and other companies that are objecting to their application for those Tenements. I don't believe that these have anything to do with KAI unless I am completely reading it wrong.

The Tenement that is referred to in matter number 11 on the 23/06/2017 is
L45/424
This appears to be an application my Metalicity Energy to acquirer such a tenement which has been objected to by 7 companies one of which is KAI.

I dont think that any of these matter are related to the third party issues reported by KAI and updated 29/05/2017 saying:

"that they had meet with the third party, that the discussion were positive and are in the process of negotiating an agreement that is acceptable to both parties"

I for one would like an update to clarify what is going on as to get some stability back in the share price.
