Not sure how much difference the small delay will have on cash flow (should only impact general working capital, i'd have thought).
But I'd always wondered (and even hoped) if a raise would be done to get some US investors set. Aside from the unfortunate results that IIL have seen, it was when the US investors took the strategic placement that price seemed to really lift.
