The Channel Isles are certainly a likely option.
Bank of Scotland International in Jersey or the Isle of Man is another option.

I might try Standard because I am not entirely happy with Clydesdale in London. The offshore island banks have different laws but they seem to want a large deposit at comparatively low interest rates.

Let me know how it goes with Standard.
