That's as good as we could have expected, but, looking at their cash position, you can see why they don't spend cash on ASX announcements ($1,000 a pop!!) when they don't think that they have to.
Market is now fully informed and I really do expect that there will be an announcement when the TO deals have been completed.
I'll maintain contact with the DMNR and post any developments.
