Mate I hate to tell you that 0.004c means 4 thousandths of a cent.
You can write 0.4c as $0.004, as Meteor said, but you are incorrect.
When the ASX writes 0.004 it is short for $0.004. All ASX prices are shown in dollars, not cents.
Do you want to go on arguing and demonstrating your misunderstanding or what?
