Trying to piece together what the outstanding options are.
There's these, which are at 15c:

Given the two most recent are at 15c, I'd be surprised if the rest were at 30c.
Could be wrong, can't be bothered going further back.
Even if they were at 30c, it's still not going to build the plant. Just don't see how they could be fully funded, as much as I'd like to believe it.
