I don't think this is a family creche, just some of us reflecting on what really matters and recognising that people who run businesses are human too, with all the same vulnerabilities as the next person. If we look from a purely business perspective Nick has carried AJX from next to nowhere to being on the cusp of profitability, with a great facility and great staff, not only that but he handed over operations in advance of his departure to ensure the smooth running of the business. Whatever the reason for him leaving, I can't see why it's the catastrophe you seem to imply?
