No cash down 11% pa. plus 2% every 6 months extra.
If you have cash and your lsr is below 85% you dont have the management fee.
So basically go get a personal loan, theres a few offering below 10%. But variable is around 12% but at least you can pay whatever you want. Then now youre a shareholder.
