    I can assure you TSI India Management have reasonably large skin in the game both in terms of options in TSI India and TSN besides direct equity in TSN that we purchased.

    We are well incentivised to perform and Deliver.As regards what happens post TSN acquisition .Let cross the bridge once we come to it.
