I bet on a merger (take-over). Why would anyone raise money while the stock is like trying to catch a falling knife? Senseless......They aint on life support yet - no need to do that at this stage. I doubt it would be BDG - they have $70mm cash but enough troubles of their own. Watch out for one of the majors as I mentioned a day or 2 back. SBM LHG etc., or are other people interested in Vic all of a sudden I wonder?..........
