It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they announce a brand new project before the Cobalt deal is signed and sealed (presuming they elect to go ahead). They have mentioned several times they are on the lookout.

Also, even if Cobalt does not go ahead (personally i think it probably will) I do not see much downside at all from current MC of 3.8m, minus circa $2m cash they should still have and you get an EV of only $1.8m, that is shell value right now hence minimal downside from my perspective if Cobalt does not proceed and plenty of upside if it does for those willing to hold on for a while.
